​​​​AUSTIN – Square House Capital has purchased Radius on Grove, a 156-unit
multifamily complex at 2301 Grove Blvd.

It has one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a pool, fitness
center, business center, clubhouse, pet play area, and outdoor grilling and
dinin​​​g stations.

Square House will upgrade the property, which was 98 percent occupied at the
time of sale.

Newmark represented the seller, Hilltop Residential.
