​AUSTIN – Wan Bridge has opened Georgetown Heights, a built-to-rent (BTR)​​ community at 512 Northwood Dr.

The community offers three- and four-bedroom duplexes ranging from 1,400 to 2,100 sf. Residents benefit from two-car garages, private yards, smart home packages, and 24-hour maintenance.

Georgetown Heights is part of a multi-billion-dollar expansion plan that will include developments in Houston, Dallas, and Austin suburbs. Wan Bridge looks to break ground on 20 to 30 more Texas BTR communities in the next 12 months.
