Smart Austin Realty Group is pleased to report that Freehill Development Co. is making progress on an expansive industrial property located at 1310 Westinghouse Rd. in Georgetown, TX. The multi-building project will span 176,546 sq. feet and feature a variety of office, showroom, and warehouse spaces measuring from 4,500 to 55,750 sq. feet.

The property will boast state-of-the-art fire safety features like ESFR sprinklers, and will also offer generous amenities such as 18- to 28-ft clear heights, 290 parking spots, and 48 dock-high doors. Studio8 Architects is responsible for the project’s design and Owrey Construction as the general contractor. Transwestern has been tapped to handle leasing.
