Austin’s Central Health has made a significant move by purchasing the Cameron Center, a three-building, 116,000-sqft office complex located at [7901 Cameron Rd](https://www.google.com/maps/place/7901+Cameron+Rd,+Austin,+TX+78754,+USA/). This $14.4 million acquisition is one of the largest office sales in the recent months in Austin.

The new facility will allow Central Health to better serve patients enrolled in its Medical Access Program by offering clinics, pharmacy services, and a short-term detoxification center. Additionally, the center will provide 50 respite care beds for individuals experiencing homelessness, further enhancing community support in Austin.

St. Croix Realty Advisors represented the sellers, 11th and Grand LLC and Cross Creek of Texas Ltd. The property management will be handled by the renowned [Kalantari Group](http://www.kalantarigroup.com/).
