Central Texas is about to welcome a brand-new industrial development called San Marcos Business Park. Ledo Capital Group and St. Clair Commercial Real Estate have partnered up to build this impressive 663,460-square-foot project within the Whisper South master-planned community. The project will sprawl over 45.7 acres and will feature three state-of-the-art buildings, ranging in size from 84,000 to 375,000 square feet. Each of the buildings will boast rear-load configurations, clear heights of 32 to 36 feet, ESFR sprinkler systems, and ample space for outdoor storage or trailer parking. Construction is set to commence in the fourth quarter. ARCO/Murray will oversee design and construction, while Kimley-Horn serves as the civil engineer. Stream Realty Partners will handle the property’s leasing process.
