​​​​​​AUSTIN – Apple has filed plans for another project within its three million-sf​ Parmer Lane campus.

The project, called Capstone Phase 2 AC12, will be a 33,000-sf multi-story​ building. It will cost around $22 million.​​​

Construction begins Oct. 1, 2024, and will wrap up in August 2025.

HKS Architects Inc. designed the project.

Earlier this year, Apple filed plans for Capstone Phase 2 AC03, a five- story,​​ 369,461-sf​ building. The $46 million facility​ will break ground on Feb. 1, 2023, and deliver a year later. ​
