Built in 1984, the property underwent renovations in 2004 and 2017 to include on-site amenities such as a fitness center, lounge, conference facility, restaurant, salon, and a health spa. Hartland Plaza houses 35 tenants and is currently 92 percent leased. JLL secured a $49.7 million loan from VeraBank on behalf of the buyer.
