Create a dynamic watercolor and ink representation of a typical day in Austin, Texas. The scene should include high-end luxury homes on Lake Travis, capturing the allure of lakeside living. Near these homes, depict a slice of a blooming Texas prairie, as an emblem of eco-conscious living. The thriving Austin food scene should be symbolized by two restaurants: a Cajun food bar reminiscent of Southern cuisine, and a cozy street food stall serving Thai. Also embody an intense weather condition, illustrating showers, thunderstorms and gusty winds typical of Austin. The vibe should radiate nostalgia and pride, borrowing a retro aesthetic inspired by vintage postcards but adapting it to a modern context. The overall image must be visually cohesive, not a collage, ensuring clarity and consistency in the watercolor and ink style.
