New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) launched its annual customer satisfaction survey on March 6 to measure the community’s overall satisfaction with their services. The survey is intended to help gauge the satisfaction of its 59,000 customers and identify opportunities for the utility company to improve. NBU is asking customers to participate in the phone or email survey and provide their valuable opinions.

The survey is conducted by GreatBlue Research Inc., a third-party professional research firm in Glastonbury, Connecticut. NBU officials urge customers to participate in the survey and provide their valuable opinions. The survey is expected to conclude on March 31.
