MANOR – Developer Butler Family Partnership Ltd. has begun securing approvals for Manor Crossing, which would bring 95 acres of living and shopping space to the city.

Located at the corner of US 290 and FM 973, the development will have 600 multifamily units and 425,000 sf of commercial space.

The project will be built in five phases. The first portion could open by July 2023 with the final portion opening in June 2025.

H-E-B has expressed interest in adding a store to Manor Crossing, but has not made a commitment at this time. This would be the first H-E-B in Manor.​
