Ground breaks on 524-acre Austin master-planned community

​​AUSTIN – Johnson Development Services has broken ground on Nolina, a
524-acre master-planned communi​ty off Ronald Reagan Blvd.

Nolina will have 1,335 single-family homes. Amenities will include a pool,
splash pad, fitness center, playground, event lawn, dog park, and pickleball
court.

Sales will begin as early as summer 2023.

Chesmar Homes, Taylor Morrison, and Westin Homes are the builders for phase
one.​​
