Georgetown residents, rejoice! The long-awaited Costco Wholesale location is finally set to open in June 2021. The Georgetown Planning & Zoning Commission approved the site plans for the store in September, and now we’re just a few months away from the grand opening.
The new store will be located at the intersection of I-35 and University Avenue, just a few miles from downtown Georgetown. It will bring a much-needed shopping alternative to the area and will provide a much-needed boost to the local economy.
The store will be a full-service store, offering everything from groceries to electronics and home goods. It will also include a pharmacy, a tire center, and a gas station. The store will also have a full-service restaurant, a food court, and a bakery.
The store will be open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The new store is sure to be a welcome addition to the Georgetown area and will provide residents with a much-needed shopping alternative.
