Central Texas is bustling with new businesses opening and coming soon to Pflugerville and Hutto. From dental and medical practices to eateries and fitness gyms, there are plenty of options for residents to explore. Meadows Spring Dental Care opened in Pflugerville on Feb. 24, offering dental services such as cleanings and fillings, as well as cosmetic and restorative procedures. Lake Pflugerville Pediatric House Calls opened on March 1 and provides in-home pediatric services, including home visits for sick children, rapid testing for COVID-19, flu, strep, and respiratory syncytial virus, and sports physicals. Hotworx is scheduled to open in early March in Pflugerville and will offer 15- to 30-minute workout programs that take place in an infrared sauna. Level 3, the student-run restaurant on the third floor of The Texas State Technical College East Williamson County Higher Education Center campus in Hutto, reopened on Feb. 16. Premier Martial Arts opened a new location in early February in Hutto and offers classes on mixed martial arts, krav maga, and weapons self-defense. Upside Tattoo had a soft opening in November and will hold a grand opening event on March 25. Texas barbecue chain Smokey Mo’s is expected to open a new location on Chris Kelley Boulevard in Hutto in 2023.
